Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your address, so the right local company gets your request
- Your radon result, if you've tested, and what kind of test it was
- Your foundation: full basement, crawl space, slab or a mix
- Whether the basement is finished
- If you're buying or selling, your inspection deadline and closing date
